- Financial assistance for the scheme - According to the subsidy assistance under the scheme, Rs 12,000 will be given to the beneficiaries.
A total of 10 000 vehicles will be provided under the Bike Sahay Scheme 2021 and 5 000 under the three wheeler scheme. However the subsidy amount will be given only to the purchase battery powered scooters and not to any other type of this scooter.
Benefits of Gujarat Bike Sahay Yojana
- The state government will be provide assistance of this Rs 48,000 for the acquisition of 5,000 battery fueled ecarts for the individual and institutional recipients.
- SJ Hyder said plans would be carried forward on the response. In addition, a sponsorship scheme of Rs 5 lakh has also been announced to set up a framework office in the state for charging a battery-fueled vehicle.
