“In the past two decades, Gujarat has been in the top states in several development parameters. Former CM Uma Bharti, who kept the government on tenterhooks on the issue of prohibition has become active once again. She placed her demand in front of the media and the public through Facebook Live on Friday afternoon.

Uma Bharti announced that she will not stay in her house until the prohibition of alcohol is in place. This campaign of Uma is starting from November 7.

Former CM Uma Bharti once again announced to start the campaign of prohibition from November 7. Uma said that the BJP governments should ban liquor across the country. Accidents are increasing, rape, murder, indecent incidents are happening against women. People are dying of disease. Considering these things, we should consider a complete ban on alcohol. Uma said that she also agreed to the views of Yogi ji and Shivraj ji that it will be started in phases.

She said that she would not stay in any building, because many houses have been ruined by alcohol. Women have to sell mangalsutra for the treatment of drunken husband. Women have to clean utensils in other people's houses.

“My campaign will last till March. BJP fulfilled many promises including 370, Ram Mandir. Therefore, the government will also have to bring a policy on prohibition of alcohol” said Uma.

Uma also congratulated CM Shivraj Singh on improving the current liquor policy. It is the first state in the country where such a thing would have happened.

Uma Bharti said “from 7th November, when Lord Karthik had conquered the Asuras, from that day on, I have decided that I will not stay in my house from 7th November till our goal is achieved. I will live in the jungles. I will stay in a tent. I will stay at places of pilgrimage. I will keep roaming on the roads of Madhya Pradesh, till the government of Madhya Pradesh does not implement the new liquor policy”.
