Hello Friends, Today we are Sharing Details of Newly Launched Scheme by Gujarat Government. State Government has Launched Vahli Dikari Yojana under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Initiative. The Scheme provides Financial Assistance of More than Rs. 1 Lakhs at the Age of 18.


In order to ensure the Smooth Functioning of this Scheme, Provision of Rs. 133 Crore is given under the Annual Budget. What is the Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat Vahali Dikari Scheme?


Only Permanent Residents of Gujarat are Eligible

This Scheme is valid for First Two Girl Childs Per Family

Annual Income of the family must not exceed Rs. 2 Lakhs

Key Features/Benefits of Vahali Dikari Yojana


Once the Girl Child Enters Class 1, Financial Assistance of Rs. 4000 Will be Given

After Entering Class 9 the Girl child gets financial assistance of Rs. 6000

Upon Attaining age of 18 years, the State Government will transfer Rs. 1 Lakh to the beneficiary for Higher Education & Marriage
